Every piece I make at Wooden Wolf is wrapped and packaged with the same care that went into making it, so it arrives with you safe and sound.

Where I Deliver

Standard delivery is available across the United Kingdom.
If you’re outside the UK, just send me an email before ordering — I’ll happily work out an accurate shipping estimate for you.

Delivery Costs

Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your order’s size and weight. Smaller pieces usually go via Royal Mail, while larger furniture items may need a specialist delivery service.

Dispatch Times

• Bespoke Furniture: Each item is made to order, so dispatch times will vary. You’ll receive an accurate timescale upon ordering, or you can email prior to ordering for an estimate.

• Accessories: Usually on their way within 2-3 working days.

I’ll always let you know when your order is dispatched and send you the tracking details, where applicable, so you can follow its journey home.

Larger Deliveries

If you’re expecting a big piece, it’s a good idea to make sure someone’s available to help receive it.
